A Day In The Life Of……JAS
Jasminerach, or as we simply refer to her as Just JAS, is a staple in London Sims! A grand host at the wonderful Chubby Checkers 50’s and 60’s club, Manager at Coach and Horses, fellow blogger, photographer and I must say personally, Fashionista Extrodinare! JAS seems to have it all together! She is clever with words and rocks a camera like no other. I am blessed to consider her a friend and was very excited when she agreed to be a part of my blog this week! I am glad to learn a little more about this amazing woman and now, I share it with you, my wonderful readers!
What initially brought you to London Sims?
Well, I got fed up with being targeted by vampires (I didn`t know about garlic necklaces) in the newbie sims. So I did a search and up popped Hyde Park, so I decided to come check it out. As soon as I got here, I met loads of really friendly people and knew I`d found my Second Life home.
What has been your greatest experience in London?
So many to choose from! I loved managing Coach and Horses in 2012 , which I`m about to start doing again-yay!! I also loved hosting at Club 2012. I love taking pics for my blog and just hanging chatting to people and I love hosting at Chubby Checkers.
What is your day-to-day life like in London?
Well, I usually start my day sorting thru and editing pics from the previous nights events -and seeing if anything inspires me. Then, I write a blog, edit and publish it. Then, after a quick break to do RL -lol- I get ready for the evening in SL. Sometimes I host in Chubby Checkers which is great or otherwise I go to at least one event in Lonon-either Chubbys, London Tube or Moments. Then, at the moment I chase around trying to find decoration and furniture for the Coach and Horses which I will be opening on 1st Feb. Thats when things will get really busy. I almost won`t have time for a RL at all!
In your spare time, what do you enjoy doing in Second Life?
Shopping, doing the odd hunt, decorating my house and pub and getting to know people from all over the world!
I don’t know about you all, but it makes me sleepy just thinking about how busy JAS is! But no matter what, she always has a smile and a friendly word for those who come into contact with her. I am thankful to not only know her from around London Sims, but to have the chance to write beside her as a blogger in virtuallondons.com! This lady is one you will want to meet! Don’t forget to watch for the opening of JAS’ new place Coach and Horses on 1st February and stop on in to Chubby Checkers when JAS is hosting! I guarantee she will make you feel at home and you will have a great time!
